Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
Take your health to the next level.
What Is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?
Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy is when you are able to increase delivery of oxygen to the body under pressure.
Oxygen makes up about 20% of the oxygen in the air. The barometric pressure at sea level is 1 atmosphere. HBOT therapy can start at 1.3 atmospheres, which is considered mild HBOT, to upwards of 4 atmospheres which is performed more in a hardshell.
When you are able to lay in a chamber, under pressure with closer to 90-95% oxygen being delivered to your body, your major achievement will be to ENHANCE and ENCOURAGE healing in your body.
That is the number one reason to use HBOT, to enhance healing.
When you meet with the provider they will decide if you are a fit for HBOT therapy. Expectations of the therapy should be set at a minimum 10 sessions, to upwards of 80 sessions for very complicated neurological issues.
The more sessions spent in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, the richer the benefits you receive from the oxygen. The increase in oxygen circulation stimulates new blood vessels to form in the body’s tissues, leading to new collagen and skin cell production.

Brain Health
HBOT can help with increasing oxygen supply to the brain. It can support those with:
Strokes
Concussions
Brain Fog
Dementia
Headaches/Migraines
Austism, ADD, ADHD
Neurological Issues

Energy
When you can’t generate enough energy from your cells, limiting factors can be mitochondria, nutrients, oxygen, enzymes. HBOT can help those with mitochondrial dysfunction.
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Pain
Fibromyaglia
Mood, Depression, Anxiety

Tissue Injury
Whether or not you have a poor healing wound or weekend warrior injuries, HBOT increases deliver of oxygen to the muscles, joints, skins, tendons, and ligaments in order to increase healing. It will support healing for those with:
Muscle Injuries
Post Surgical Healing
Burns
Non-Healing Wounds
What To Expect Inside the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
It may seem intimidating at first, but you have all the control. Mild HBOT is very safe and non-invasive. There is little preparation needed prior to treatment.
- Alcohol and carbonated drink should be avoided the day of
- Smokers should not smoke, or better yet stop all together
- Can eat a little food before to help regulate blood sugar levels
- Use the restroom prior to entering in the chamber
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Avoid if recent sickness where there is increased sinus pressure or earaches
Each session lasts a little over an hour. It take 5-10min for pressure to build up and decompress after the session has ended.
During the session it is important to clear your ears by yawning, chewing, or swallowing. This temporary ear fullness due to increased pressure is similar to flying or going to the mountains.
Don’t let poor health prevent you from living life as your true self
